Shipping promises depend on the shipping option you choose
Domestic Orders
We offers Free UPS Ground shipping (3-5 business Days) on all domestic orders over $45 USD. Orders under $45 are charged the current UPS rate based on their location.
Customers have more Expedited shipping options (UPS 3 Days, UPS 2 Days, Overnight).
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop location. Choose this option at checkout if you'd prefer to pick up in person.
International Orders
Customers have the option to choose from different Carriers. You can see the price at checkout, after entering your address information. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.

Returns
Do we accept return?
Non-Custom Items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom Items
All custom Clothing items are made specifically for you, so we're unable to accept returns unless there is a quality issue or error on our part. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items.

How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
